We have successfully facilitated thousands of remote coaching sessions, typically using Zoom. Our coaches all have their own Zoom accounts so there are no additional technology costs to our clients and we are flexible in meeting individual needs and time constraints.
As part of our coaching services we provide access to our proprietary coaching session booking platform for all clients we work with. Administration of coaching programmes is easy; the platform allows participants to choose their coach from a range of available coaches (or we can pre-assign) and then book any sessions available as part of their assigned programme from available slots. Joining details are confirmed via email upon booking with the ability to easily re-schedule within the platform, reducing admin time. Our platform also provides client access, allowing you to monitor coaching engagements for participants and access real time reporting to see where participants are in their coaching journeys as well as access to evaluation data from post-session surveys.
