President & Chief Research Officer, Co-Founder
Dr. Ken Nowack is a licensed psychologist (PSY 13758) and President & Chief Research Officer of Envisia Learning. He provides strategic vision/leadership, conceptual product design and development, research, public relations, and advanced client relations.
Ken has over thirty years of experience in the development and validation of human resource systems, assessment tools, organizational climate surveys, questionnaires, simulations, and tests. He has developed 360° feedback systems, assessment centers, employee selection, succession planning, performance appraisal, and management development training programs for a number of clients in the public, private and not for profit sectors.
Ken has conducted research and published extensively in the areas of 360-degree feedback systems, health psychology, survey research, training evaluation, assessment and personnel testing. He has also authored numerous assessment instruments and interactive software programs.
Dr. Nowack is an active participant in professional associations and has made numerous presentations to both national and local association conferences and community groups.

Ken is a member of the Consortium for Research on Emotional Intelligence in Organizations. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Educational Psychology at the University of California, Davis, and his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles where he is a lecturer at the Anderson School of Management. Ken also serves as Associate Editor (APA Division 13) of Consulting Psychology Journal: Practice and Research.
Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder
Andrew Parkinson is an accomplished entrepreneur and serves as Chief Executive Officer of Envisia Learning. He provides the company's strategic vision/leadership, directs finance, operations, and technology, and manages all director-level staff.
A prodigy who began his professional career at an early age, Andy has over fifteen years of experience in directing entrepreneurial companies providing technology solutions to the business sector. In 1996, he founded Chromatic Concepts, Inc., a company that specializes in the development of client-server applications. During his tenure there, he personally guided the company's growth, managed the company to year-over-year profitability.
Andy has designed proprietary learning management, CRM, accounting and human resources survey, assessment and scoring software systems being used internationally today.
Andy attended the University of California, Los Angeles and previously founded Chromatic Concepts, Inc. where he and his team developed custom, web-based applications for companies across a variety of industries.
Managing Director, UK/Europe
Matt has over 20 years’ experience in working within the testing and assessment arena covering individual, team and organizational assessments, with specific expertise in the areas of 360 feedback, psychometric testing, and organizational surveys.
Matt was formally Managing Director for ConsultingTools a company which he helped launch in 2001 and one that acted as a long standing strategic partner and global distributor for the Envisia Learning product set prior to acquisition by Envisia Learning in 2014.
He’s worked with and supported organizations internationally on wide ranging projects delivering either standalone assessments or integrated solutions covering a range of industries with projects ranging in size from a single participant to projects with thousands of people running in multiple countries in different languages and continues to work closely with a number of clients delivering large scale projects.
Matt is responsible for providing strategic leadership and product and marketing insight at a global level and fulfills the Managing Director role for Envisia Learning Ltd (UK).
Director of Client Success
Vicki oversees Client Success for Envisia Learning and is located in Florida from where she manages Relationship Management, Project Coordination, and Project Support internationally. She has over 20 years of experience working in key account management, operations, consulting and coaching.
Vicki’s background includes private practice as a mental health counsellor/marriage and family therapist, director of Case Management for a large Community Mental Health organization, and health and executive coaching. Vicki was also Director of Utilization Management for a Managed Behavioral Health Organization and brings this wide variety of experience in both business and behavioral health to her work at Envisia Learning.
Vicki has her MS in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida in Orlando.
Business Development Executive
Anna started her career in business development for a UK leadership development consultancy, securing assessment and development programs, Anna later moved into the role of managing the assessment tools branch of the business. This gave her first hand experience of working with Envisia Learning’s products with leading international companies; account managing assessment projects, introducing existing and prospective clients to the tools and supporting them in their use of these for maximum benefit in the workplace.
Having studied languages at the University of Cambridge, Anna has a passion for international projects and brings experience in working with organisations worldwide and adapting solutions to meet local market and client needs.
